At Botoff, he leads engagements involving compensation benchmarking, plan design, and governance strategies, contributing to the firm’s industry-leading compensation database and delivering tailored solutions that align with each client’s long-term vision.

Hunter earned his Juris Doctor with a focus in Business Law from the University of South Carolina’s Joseph F. Rice School of Law and holds a BS from North Carolina State University.
