Botoff Consulting invited organizations to join us for our invitation-only webcast on March 13, 2025 – attendees gained an insightful look into the results of our 2024-2025 Estate & Household Compensation Survey.
During this 1.5-hour call, Trish Botoff, alongside David Gonzalez (Domestic Placement Network/EstateJobs.com), Judy Boerner-Rule (Tapestry Associates), and Jacco de Bruijn (Nines), discussed key findings from the survey report + best practices and trends for estate, household, and personal service roles.
We are pleased to present the 2024-2025 Botoff Consulting Estate and Household Staff Compensation Report*.
This report includes 32 key positions. These are unique roles within households and estates, with compensation likely to differ from market levels in general industries. The online survey was conducted from October 8, 2024, through December 11, 2024, and includes responses from 304 participating families/estate and household management teams, including more than 1,122 incumbents. We want to thank all those who participated in the survey.
